You can create an event from the different project views:
- Task List/Gantt view (identical operation);
- A parent list;
- Calendar view.
To create an event from the Task List/Gantt view :
Go to the project to which you want to add the new event. Click the List or Gantt view at the top right of the screen:
Click the Add button and click Event :
A window will open allowing you to:
- Name the event
- Give it a start and end date/time
- Choose parent list
- Add participants
- Add a description to it.
Click on Send to validate its creation.
To create an event from a parent list :
Place your cursor where you want to create a new task and click on the button on the right :
You will then be able to choose the creation of a task, a list, a milestone or an event :
= Task
= Task List
= Milestone
= Event
Name the event then tap Create :
