Administrators can create unavailabilities for themselves and for all Planzone resources (they can also view all unavailabilities for Planzone resources). Non-administrators can only create unavailabilities for themselves (and therefore only view their own). |
To access the calendar view, click on :
Then click on the unavailability creation button
Define the unavailability parameters
Then click on create
The unavailability is now created.
